General Return Policy

Most items shipped from GOLF BACK ARMOR can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Some products may have different policies or requirements.

We offer a full refund (excluding shipping fees & return processing fees). Returns are accepted for the GOLF BACK ARMOR, as long as the items are complete and undamaged.

How to Request a Return:

1. Initiating a Return: Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and provide a reason for the return.  No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
2. Shipping Your Return: Once approved, you will receive the return shipping address via email. You must ship the item back within 7 days. If the return is shipped after this period, only 50% of the order will be refunded. To ensure that your package is received and to track it correctly, please provide us with the tracking number for your return.
3. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product despite our quality controls, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and describe the issue. We may request a photo or video to verify the defect. If deemed necessary, we will send you a replacement product at no additional cost.

No Price Adjustments After Purchase

We do not offer price adjustments for items purchased before or after a promotion or sale.
If a discount or offer becomes available after your purchase, it will not be retroactively applied.
Promotional pricing is only valid during the active sale period.
